Daniel Craig is set to star in Luca Guadagnino's adaptation of Queer
has officially signed on to tackle the leading role in Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming film adaptation of the 1985 novel titled, Queer, reported The 54-year-old actor will portray the shy and insecure character of William Lee, as he recounts his life in Mexico City where he pursues a discharged American Navy serviceman named, Eugene Allerton.
After no longer being a part of the Bond franchise, the star recently opened up about the iconic spy, and revealed he had suggested his character’s death after the 2006 premiere of Casino Royale.
