Disgraced comedian Andy Dick was arrested Friday for public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender stemming from his 2018 arrest for grabbing an  driver’s crotch. 

It is the actor’s second arrest in four months as he is also facing a felony burglary charge in from someone’s garage. 

Dick, 57, was taken into custody without incident in Lake Elsinore, after authorities received calls about an intoxicated person. 

The NewsRadio star’s records were checked during the arrest and they found that he was not up to date on his sex offender registration. 

Officials are still investigating after Dick was booked into a detention center.  

Dick was arrested in April 2018 after an Uber driver told the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that he reached for and grabbed his crotch.

After his conviction, the court also ordered that Dick complete: ’52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, 12 mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim.’

This case is just the latest in a string of disturbing legal troubles, many of which involve physical assault.

The actor was sentenced to 14 days in jail back in 2019 on sexual battery charges when he grabbed a woman’s butt when she walked past him on the sidewalk –  though he only spent one night in jail due to overcrowding. 

He also spent time in jail after an altercation with his ex-boyfriend who he claimed hit him over the head with a liquor bottle during an argument.

He was also arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon, with his fiancée Elisa Jordana stating Dick went after her lover with a metal chair. 

Back in May, he was booked into an Orange County jail on suspicion of felony sexual battery after an altercation at a campground that was streamed live on YouTube.

Dick was apprehended trying to flee the scene and was charged with first-degree residential burglary. 

A live-streamed video caught the moment he was arrested from his California trailer park earlier this month, but the Orange County District Attorney’s office found there was not ‘sufficient evidence’ to charge the actor and sent the case back to the sheriff for ‘further investigation’.

He also alleged in April that he was mugged in Las Vegas.

Over the decades, Dick has been transparent about his alcohol and drug abuse, and has had a string of arrests that have made news headlines. 

Dick’s estranged wife Lena Sved also received a domestic violence restraining order against him in 2018, which required him to move out of their home and remain 100 yards away from her and their adult children: Lucas, 33, Jacob, 27, and Meg, 24.

In 2012, he was arrested for allegedly grabbing a 17-year-old girl’s top and pulling it down to expose her breasts.

He was later found with marijuana and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug and battery charges, for which he was sentenced to three years of probation.  

In 2010, he was arrested for allegedly grabbing a man’s genitals while intoxicated at a West Virginia bar.

In 2007, Dick groped Ivanka Trump during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live and was pulled off stage by Kimmel’s security staff.
